I really enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the relaxing spa facilities, which provided a delightful break from daily life. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. the dining options left much to be desired. some meals were not up to standard.

No phone in the room for contacting reception!!! The flat roof outside the window compromises security at night!!! TV and fan issues made for a frustrating experience that shouldn't happen!!!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was great. But the room wasn’t ready at check-in time, and waiting just made things annoying. Breakfast was kinda disappointing too. had to chase our tea and eggs. Glad we could get snacks at the bar, but the overall service could definitely improve.
